FINALLY!!! This works with the Gen5! Thank you!!! Dyson website is literally wrong with the recommended part number.
After numerous returns dealing with Dyson, they told me they discovered recently that the low reach adapter on their site does not support GEN5’s so I was skeptical from the description of this item at first but seller assurred me this will fit GEN5 series… AND IT DOES! This seller is my savior. LOL. Thank you so much!
Oh My God! It fits Gen5!. I can't believe it! I found NEW Genuine Dyson Gen5 Vacuum Low Reach adapter attachment tool on the Dyson website. It says fit Gen5, so I bought it, but it does not fit Gen5 at all. I tried tell the Dyson's customer service and asked them to correct the website to avoid misleading customers. but they did not do anything. I found it here and it arrived today. It fits well. Thank you so much!!!
