After numerous returns dealing with Dyson, they told me they discovered recently that the low reach adapter on their site does not support GEN5’s so I was skeptical from the description of this item at first but seller assurred me this will fit GEN5 series… AND IT DOES! Oh My God! It fits Gen5!. I can't believe it! I found NEW Genuine Dyson Gen5 Vacuum Low Reach adapter attachment tool on the Dyson website. It says fit Gen5, so I bought it, but it does not fit Gen5 at all. I tried tell the Dyson's customer service and asked them to correct the website to avoid misleading customers. but they did not do anything. I found it here and it arrived today. It fits well. Thank you so much!!!
